My hamstrings are so tight right now. But let's recap the last two days.
January 27th: Almost 2 laps of apartment complex (ending at Shelly's)
Distance: 1.1 miles
Weather: 33 degrees, clear
Feeling: Fine. Legs are a little sore.
January 28th: One lap of apartment complex, one lap of church
Distance: 1 mile
Weather: snowed, then rained earlier - dry when I ran. 38, feels like 30.
Feeling: My hamstrings are REALLY TIGHT!
Plus, I had a calf cramp earlier. My legs are revolting...I probably need to drink water. I ate two calcium chews after my cramps.
