Worked hard today. Had a great vag hyst with Pearl. Did a little time on L&D. And then, came home after eating not the best food, but less than yesterday. Still sorta crappy food though.
Had to take a nap first. Again. Makes me wonder if I should be running in the morning...

Distance: 1 mile
Songs: Only the Good Die Young, Jiggy With It
Time: under 9 minutes, based on the songs and a glance at my watch
Weather: 24 degrees, clear, feels like 13 degrees
Feeling: I definitely feel faster.
It's getting nice though, running for just a few minutes. Less than 10 now, and even less than 9. :)
