Getting into a routine now. Run before karate on Mon & Tues, run in the morning Wed, before karate on Thurs and then ideally morning on Fri.
It's even nicer when the mid-week Wed run is later because I'm interviewing in Staten Island this morning.
Aug 13: 1 mile on my own before karate
Aug 14: 1 mile with Marco before karate
Aug 15: Prospect Park 1 mile
Upping the mileage? Yeah, still gotta do that. Maybe on a non-kicking week.
