So my initial intention was to get to Bally's BEFORE my workout with Tristan to run first. Instead, I stopped at Target to pick up my Kettlebell and a new inhaler and just made it to Bally's at 5 of 6. So that meant an hour of Tristan kicking my butt followed by having to run my mile. I had set a goal for my mile to be under 7:50. That meant keep the laps around 39 seconds each.

Weather: Inside running!
Feeling: Beat my goal time ~ and I felt good.
Got a little stuck on the first lap. Caught behind some walkers and some people running just a tad slower than I wanted to. Felt good at the end, could have kept going, and probably could have gone a little faster, which is good to know.
