Prospect Park

God, I love running. And I will miss this park. 

June 3: 1 mile before karate
50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups at karate
June 4: Prospect Park full loop (3.4 miles)
25 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 3 pull-ups (5 sec, 8 sec, 5 sec)

Skipped karate tonight because my groin hurts from the spinning kicks yesterday. Felt good to run though. Longest run since hurting my eye. Guess that means I'm sparring this week. :)
