Morning Run

June 5: 1 mile Prospect Park
55 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, 1 pull up (10 sec)

Only did 1 pull up because I hit the 10 second mark. I'll do more tomorrow. Not that I'm too surprised or anything, but my legs hurt more today than yesterday from those spin kicks. Glad I didn't do karate last night!

Kirstie's birthday dinner tonight. Studying in between. Practiced my thesis last night  and the talk runs 26 of my allotted 30 min. Sounds good to me!
