Ouch

Blocking basics last night. Against each other. Forearms very bruised! Great conditioning though.

Additional June 17 workout: ATB before karate, 110 push-ups, 1 min of burpees, 40 v-ups. I still hate v-ups. I should practice those. 

June 18: Lower loop Prospect Park
50 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, 3 pull-ups (5 sec)

Planning to go to karate tonight. We'll see though. It's time to study...only have 3 more days!
