My days at Amerikick are getting smaller. Will make every class from now til I leave for WAGO, but then that'll be it. Next time, I'll be a white belt again.
June 13: 1 mile up the hill in the morning
200 sit-ups in karate, 25 push-ups after. Plus 100 squats
June 14: 1 mile in Prospect Park
50 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, 4 pull-ups for at least 5 sec each
