Nov 12: 1 mile outside ATB
Nov 13: 1 mile treadmill
I've discovered that wrapping my calf makes it more comfortable, but I think I overdid it today. I can't run on the ball of my foot at all, so I have to heel-toe run.
I hope this goes away soon!
