Sept 5: ATB at night
Sept 6: ATB at night
Sept 7: 5K Stride for Pride

So this morning, I got up late and debated all morning about if I was going to the run or not. I had signed up last night at the last minute, and finally got myself organized enough this morning to get up and out. I arrived at 8:55 am for the 9 am start. Found Robin, who also happens to be the mayor's wife, and we set ourselves up in the front to start. The gun went off, and we were off...

as the 4th and 5th runners overall and the 1-2 females. Never have I ever been that far up in a race. I hung with Robin until we re-entered the park and I found out we had a loop left instead of going right to the finish. Robin pulled away and I sucked it up until the end. 26:24 for me, 5th overall, 2nd female overall. Got a thermos, a city brew gift card, and a The Awareness Project (TAP) ski hat. And Robin got her first time as the overall winner for females.  Pretty awesome!
