So I went up one more loop today.
May 7: Middle loop of Prospect Park (1.9 miles)
Felt good. Headphones broke halfway through so it was a little annoying to carry my cellphone without any music (and without being on call). Think I'll continue to up my miles now that it's nice out again. Bright blue sky, green trees, lots of pollen...

- I started this blog as a fourth year resident in 2009 when we decided to do streak running. Since then, life has taken many turns. I went to Montana as a solo practice OB/Gyn starting in Sept 2009. I came back in January 2010 when my dad was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had bypass surgery. I returned to Stony Brook as an attending for a short time and then I started my gyn onc fellowship in July 2010 in Brooklyn for another three years of training. The fellowship ended in June of 2013 and I headed back to Montana in August. I love my job, I love my runs, and I'm enjoying my life. Let's start Year 6!
