It must be spring. Cause today, the first sunny day after three rainy days, I went to run and about a quarter mile in, my lungs tightened and the wheezing started.

Weather: 54 degrees, sunny, feels like 54
Feeling: I don't like not being able to breathe.
Came home, took my inhaler, and am now chillin' on the couch. There are some days I wish this competition was over, but I'm almost 1/3 of the way there...

- I started this blog as a fourth year resident in 2009 when we decided to do streak running. Since then, life has taken many turns. I went to Montana as a solo practice OB/Gyn starting in Sept 2009. I came back in January 2010 when my dad was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had bypass surgery. I returned to Stony Brook as an attending for a short time and then I started my gyn onc fellowship in July 2010 in Brooklyn for another three years of training. The fellowship ended in June of 2013 and I headed back to Montana in August. I love my job, I love my runs, and I'm enjoying my life. Let's start Year 6!
