Sept 17: 1 mile ATB
Sept 18: 1 mile before karate
Sept 19: 1 mile ATB after dinner with Sarah
Sept 20: 1 mile before karate
Sept 21: 1 mile ATB
Sept 22: 1 mile ATB
Sept 23: 5.5 miles Prospect Park - ram most of the Rock n Roll course. Did it in about 50-55 minutes
Got all my SGO abstracts in: 6 in total. Officially started my thesis, growing my cells. Got some papers to write, decisions to make.
