Feb 12: 3-4 miles in an attempt to run around Lake Las Vegas only to realize it was a lot farther than we thought!
Feb 13: Mile on the treadmill and then relaxing in the hot tub (under 8 min mile)
Feb 14: Mile outside after a nap
So far, this course is great. It's solidifying a lot in regards to study design and getting me to think about it. It's brought me in touch with a bunch of people that I've really enjoying hanging out with (including til 1 am last night). The nap was much needed today.
