Happy New Year!
Dec 29: ATB before work
Dec 30: Elm to Lima and back, down Silver to Broad to Olive and Home (damn dog at the top of the Lima hill)
Dec 31: 5K in Prospect Park at 11:15 pm with Jerry, Regina, Diana and Mike. Happy New Year! (29:11 - not bad for having to walk up part of the hill)
Jan 1: Prospect Park 1 mile
Today it is gorgeous out. 50 degrees, warm, comfortable, beautiful to run in. My shin splints are acting up a little, but I did some stretching and feel pretty good right now. Hope to love 2012!
Oh yeah, 3 years in the books! Bring on Year #4!

- I started this blog as a fourth year resident in 2009 when we decided to do streak running. Since then, life has taken many turns. I went to Montana as a solo practice OB/Gyn starting in Sept 2009. I came back in January 2010 when my dad was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had bypass surgery. I returned to Stony Brook as an attending for a short time and then I started my gyn onc fellowship in July 2010 in Brooklyn for another three years of training. The fellowship ended in June of 2013 and I headed back to Montana in August. I love my job, I love my runs, and I'm enjoying my life. Let's start Year 6!
