1 mile a day (at least) for 2 years straight.
This last week has been interesting. Never dug my car out, so I've been walking to and from work for the last week.
Dec 28: Prospect Park
Dec 29: Prospect Park
Dec 30: Prospect Park
Dec 31: Prospect Park
So I run in the park on my way home. Figure I'm walking about 3 miles a day (including the run). I feel a whole lot healthier this week. My body's feeling it though.
