Another Week Down

Almost 16 months of daily running.

April 20: Ran around apartment complex after work
April 21: Ran around apartment complex
April 22: Ran around apartment complex before office hours
April 23: Ran on the ferry after my reverse 24h (call-L&D) - upper deck
April 24: Ran on the ferry after my CT visit - car deck
April 25: Ran around apartment complex pre-call

April 26: Ran at Bally's after working out with Tristan
Time: 7:22 (36.6, 36.7, 39.9, 37.6, 37, 37, 36.9, 36.9 37.1, 39.7, 34.5, 32.1)
Feeling: I know I can go faster out front given what my later two laps were. Guess it's something to keep working on...

And I love working out with Tristan. And today, weighed in at 177 lbs. Down two more. :) Would love to get to 169 or so...or ever better, 156, my senior year of college weight!
