Denver and between

Yeah, so I've sucked at logging lately. Most of my runs have been 1 mile 'around the basement' runs with the exception of the 6, 8, 10 and 13.1 mile runs of the last 4 weeks. The half was in Denver last weekend and was my first since around 2006. Ran a 2:21 (10:53 pace) which was exactly what I expected. Especially given my lack of training. 

Life otherwise is good. Need to buy a treadmill because the circles are getting boring...
