Feb 22: 1 mile run after dinner in Mass with Kristen (7:12 after 2 beers)
Feb 23: 1 mile after skiing before drinking (8:38)
Feb 24: Lima St run in CT

Went skiing with Kristen this weekend. Haven't skied in about 8 years. Had a great time! And we hit up the outlets, plus pedicures.

Am looking forward to sleeping tonight...

Running Buddy is Back!

So yesterday I finally got to run with Marco again. :)

Snow!

Last night was the first blizzard in 2013.  Really the first snow NYC has gotten this year - about 6-9 inches.  Which made for a fun run in the snow last night and a beautiful peaceful run this morning.

Feb 5:  ATB after work
Feb 6:  ATB after work
Feb 7:  ATB after work and dinner with Sarah
Feb 8:  ATB in the snow - got out of work early
Feb 9:  3 miles in Prospect Park

Tomorrow's the NYC Run's Valentine's Day 5K at 10 am.  Gotta pick up my packet tonight between 3-6 pm because I don't feel like trudging up to Jack Rabbit tomorrow morning.  That way, I'll also hit up Starbucks to be productive.

Sensei Ricky teaches Saturday class now. I like his style. Similar to Sensei Ralph's style, focus on technique conditioning and defenses. I'll try to make Saturday classes from now on. At least the weekends I'm on call.

Now tomorrow, I have to be productive.
