Runnin' High

Or maybe better said as "running while intoxicated."

Today starts my vacation. Not sure where I've been for the last 2 weeks on the blog, but I can tell you about today.

Tonight I ran my mile after 2 good glasses of wine. Picked up my laundry and now watching TV. Got my poster from Kinkos earlier for ACOG. Tomorrow I head to Baltimore to see Carin (and Leigh) and then off to DC for the meeting. After the meeting on Monday, I'm probably heading back north to head back south to Florida. Plan on resting and relaxing. 9 days off. :)

Last night, pouring rain. Today, sunny and 60s. Tomorrow night, home to CT so I can go to dad's echo in the morning on Tuesday.

Sunset

Finally got to run today while the sun was out. Though I could have run earlier, I just chose to have a lazy day.

I may have slightly misjudged the weather today - it seemed sunny, so I tried shorts and a long sleeve shirt without a vest. Yeah, a little cold. Oh well. Got the run in, felt good.

2 Long OR Days

Yesterday, it was an APR and diverting loop colostomy. Today, a total posterior exenteration.

UConn game is on tonight. So I ran during halftime of the VCU/Butler game.
